Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email or SMS with a tracking link. You can also log into your account on faratadronemart.com and view the status of your order under “Order History.” Please allow at least 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.

 

We offer free shipping for orders above Rs. 9,999/-. For orders below this amount, shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and location of delivery. Specific items that are large or heavy may incur additional shipping costs.

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and the selected shipping method. Standard deliveries typically take 3-7 business days, while expedited shipping options may be available depending on your location.

Once an order is placed, we start processing it immediately. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer care via WhatsApp or phone as soon as possible. We may be able to cancel the order if it hasn’t shipped yet. Please note, a 2% cancellation fee applies.

If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, contact us immediately with a detailed description of the issue, along with unboxing pictures or videos. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or guide you through the process of contacting the manufacturer for warranty claims. We will only accept claims within a specified period after delivery.

We accept a variety of payment methods including Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for certain eligible orders. Please note that COD may not be available for all locations and is subject to confirmation.

Yes, we provide GST invoices for B2B orders. Make sure to input your GST number at checkout to ensure your invoice includes it. Unfortunately, we cannot add or modify the GST number once the order is placed.

Our return policy depends on the product and condition in which it was received. We do not accept returns for all products, but in case of any defect or incorrect item received, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. All returns are subject to our review and approval, and the product must be unused and in its original packaging.

 

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please first check the tracking link provided in your email or on your account page. If tracking information is not available or your shipment seems to be lost, contact our customer service team for further assistance.

Yes, we offer a store pickup option. Please contact our customer care team to schedule an appointment for collection before placing your order online. Appointments are mandatory for pickups.
