**faratadronemart.in** is an e-commerce website owned and operated by **Farata Drone Mart**. Farata Drone Mart may update or change the terms, conditions, policies, and notices listed below at any time and without notice.

### 1.0 FPV Rules and Regulations

Using FPV radio equipment (e.g., UHF long-range systems, video transmission equipment) in India and many other countries may require a license, and some countries may prohibit its use entirely. In India, an amateur radio license (“HAM”) and WPC type approval are required. You are responsible for ensuring that products purchased from Farata Drone Mart comply with your country’s regulations for RF devices. Farata Drone Mart and its affiliates are not liable for any use of products in violation of governmental regulations.

### 2.0 Warning Notice

You acknowledge the inherent dangers associated with operating multi-rotor aircraft, model vehicles, and other products. Spinning propellers can cause serious injury, and Lithium Polymer (LiPo) batteries may combust or ignite if misused. Power systems, including motors, batteries, and ESCs, can draw significant current, posing an electric shock risk. Always work on electronics safely with power deactivated, avoid shorting leads, reversing leads, or placing them on your body.

### 3.0 No Warranty/Liability

Farata Drone Mart provides no warranty for any equipment sold or distributed. All risks related to product use are assumed by the purchaser. Farata Drone Mart and its employees are not liable for injury, property damage, or any consequential or inconsequential damages resulting from product use. Equipment is sold without any warranty of fitness for specific use or application. Ensure product suitability for your intended purpose.

#### 3.1 Faulty Items

If a product received is deemed faulty due to a manufacturing defect, Farata Drone Mart may replace or repair it at its sole discretion. This does not cover issues caused by user misuse or errors in construction. Lost or damaged equipment resulting from faulty items will not be covered. For DOA/non-working products, create a ticket with the manufacturer for replacement. In cases of batteries, warranty applies only with unboxing and cell voltage check video proof.

#### 3.2 Incorrectly Published Product Details

While we strive for accuracy, Farata Drone Mart is not liable for issues arising from incorrect product information due to constantly evolving FPV standards. Specifications and prices may change without notice; for confirmation, contact Farata Drone Mart customer service. Report discrepancies before installing or mounting products, as we are not liable for damages otherwise.

### 4.0 Returns

Refer to Farata Drone Mart’s Return Policy. Due to abuse of Cash-on-Delivery (COD) services, COD orders deemed suspicious or with a history of rejection may be flagged and canceled. Contact customer care to confirm such orders.

### 5.0 Shipping Terms and Conditions

#### 5.1 Commercial Carriers

Farata Drone Mart uses reliable carriers such as Delhivery, DTDC, FedEx, Bluedart, DHL, Speedpost, and others to fulfill orders.

#### 5.2 Shipping Address

A complete, valid street address is required. Orders are not shipped to:
– **Hotels and Convention Centers** due to lost packages
– **PO Boxes, including APO addresses**—address review is case-by-case

#### 5.3 Tracking and Lost Shipments

Free Shipping may use Delhivery (surface). Delhivery tracking may not update immediately, and Farata Drone Mart is not responsible for carrier processes or local postal system errors. For lost packages, Farata Drone Mart’s liability is capped at Rs. 5,000.

#### 5.4 Shipping Insurance

Orders are shipped uninsured unless optional “shipping insurance” is purchased.

#### 5.5 Signature Requirements

Most shipments require a delivery signature; certain cases may not.

#### 5.6 Backordered Items

Orders with back-ordered items will be held until the back-ordered items are in stock. Partial shipments are at Farata Drone Mart’s discretion. Cancellations for back-ordered items are not allowed.

#### 5.7 Canceled Order Refunds

Orders canceled due to rule violations or suspected fraud are voided, and the customer may be notified. Customer-initiated cancellations may incur charges; contact customer care for details. RazorPay cancellations incur a 3% fee.

#### 5.8 Shipment Times and Delays

Orders placed by 3 PM IST Monday-Saturday typically ship the same day. Exceptions may occur. Shipping times are calculated from when the carrier picks up the package. Farata Drone Mart is not liable for delays beyond our control.

#### 5.9 Free Shipping

Orders over Rs. 9,999 qualify for free surface shipping (up to 2KG). Some items may not qualify for free shipping due to size or weight.

#### 5.10 Fraudulent Activity

In cases of suspected fraud, Farata Drone Mart reserves the right to investigate and involve stakeholders, including law enforcement if necessary. Tampered packages must not be accepted from courier personnel. Customers must provide proof of unboxing, with visible shipping label and package condition, to validate missing/damaged items. Misrepresentation will be dealt with legally. Farata Drone Mart reserves final decision-making authority.

### 6.0 B2B GST Credit Invoice

B2B GST invoices are provided with a valid GST number entered during checkout. Inaccurate GST numbers cannot be corrected post-purchase, and the invoice will be treated as B2C.
